For products or services that require us to dispatch study materials, PowerPoint presentations or Video based contents to you, the first lot of the same will be dispatched within 10 working days of successful completion of the transaction.
The delivery of the products or services will be made via email incase of digital contents or via courier service in case of physical deliverables.
You may request for a refund of any fees paid by you subject to the following:
1) You confirmed your intention to cancel your subscription before the first set of deliverables is dispatched from us.
2) In case of Academic Coaching, if you are not satisfied with the quality of our services, you may request for a full refund before the conclusion of the 5th class from the date of joining. From 6th class onwards, no refund request will be entertained.
In all cases where you wish to make a refund request, the request has to come to us via email directed at email@example.com from the SAME email address which was submitted to us at the time of registration.
You may also send us a letter to our registered address at ERUDITION INDIA, 49/32, OIKKAYAN, Block-5, Mahajati Nagar, Birati, Kolkata 700081 by registered post or by courier.
If the amount for the products or services was paid by you through Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking, then the original amount would be refunded back to the source account that was used to make the purchase.
If the amount for the products or services was paid by you in the form of NEFT, IMPS, UPI, Cash or Cheque then the original amount will be refunded to you either via cheque or via NEFT as per your convenience.
If a refund request is received by us after the first set of deliverables (physical or digital) has been dispatched to you then no refund would be allowed.
The processing will normally take five working days and the amount(s) will be refunded within 15 working days after that.
